Jessica is an energy healer and teacher of the full Ashati energy healing system. She is also a Mental health Nurse specialising in child and adolescent mental health. Jessica has a passion for helping children, adolescents and young adults navigate the often-misunderstood terrain of mental health. Her passion for energy healing began in 2016 when she started to search for more complementary modes of healing the mind and body. Her journey through the Ashati system was transformational, and she now teaches the Ashati training programs across several locations. The Ashati journey opened her up to deep personal development, past life memories, psychic gifts, healing abilities, and so much more. She has since made to decision to devote her life to helping people find their spiritual gifts and purpose through healing, empowering and teaching their true nature and power as healers themselves, with a special interest for young people and adults experiencing mental illness. Jessica is a qualified Hypnotherapist, Hypnobirthing Practitioner, Master Energy Healer, Raindrop Technique Massage Practitioner specialising in trauma release and pregnancy massage, Past Life Regression Therapist, Between Life Regression Therapist, and artist. She is also soon to become a Yoga teacher, Transpersonal Art Therapist and Psychedelic Assisted Therapist. Jessica is focused on helping awaken others on their journey and find their innate spiritual gifts and soul path.
