Full Summit Pass (inc Networking Welcome Event, Conference, Dinner & Study Tour)

Wednesday 14th October - Pre-Summit Workshop (1 pm - 4 pm)
An interactive, facilitated workshop designed to connect participants and explore key challenges and opportunities in smart communities. Through small group discussions and collaborative activities, attendees will share insights, build relationships and contribute to shaping the conversations for the Summit.

Wednesday 14th October - Networking Welcome Event (6.30 pm - 8.30 pm)
Kick off the Summit with an informal evening of networking in a relaxed setting. This is an opportunity to meet fellow attendees, reconnect with peers and start building the relationships that will carry through the event

Thursday 15th October – Summit Day Pass (8.45 am - 4.30 pm)
The Summit brings together leaders from government, industry and academia to explore the future of smart communities through keynote presentations, panel discussions and real-world case studies showcasing practical innovation and lessons learned from across Australia. Delegates will also have opportunities to connect with peers and solution providers through networking sessions and an exhibitor showcase featuring technologies, platforms and services supporting smarter communities.

Thursday 15th October - Summit Networking Dinner (6.30 pm - 9.30 pm)
An evening event bringing attendees together in a more social setting to strengthen connections and continue discussions. The dinner provides an opportunity to reflect on the day’s insights while building relationships across sectors.

Friday 16th October - City of Casey Study Tour (10 am - 2 pm)
Experience smart community initiatives firsthand through a guided tour of projects across the City of Casey. Attendees will gain insight into how strategies are being implemented on the ground, including the challenges, successes and lessons learned
- Free for Summit Day Attendees - you must have a Summit Day pass, or a 3 day package in order to attend the Study Tour
