About this Event
ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, endurance, and overall athleticism.
This special edition workout includes an 800-meter race (two laps around the track). Attendees who do not want to do the race can skip this segment of the workout.
After the 800-meter race, we'll take a recovery break. Then, we'll do a team obstacle course race.
ASC Founder Pete Leibman will divide the group of attendees into teams of three (based on paces) for the team obstacle course race.
Pricing and Discounts: ASC Fast costs $40 for one session. Or, to save money with an ASC membership.
