ASC Fast (Outdoor Group Personal Training)

ASC Fast is a group personal training session that improves speed, endurance, and overall athleticism.

These workouts include sprints of varying distances, partner/team drills, and body weight exercises. You can usually count on running bleachers, too.

Pricing and Discounts: ASC Fast costs $40 for one session. Or, to save over 50% per session with a membership with Arlington Sports Conditioning.

• All ability levels are welcome.
• Street/metered parking is available.
• Wear athletic clothing and bring a water bottle and a towel.
• We are unable to accept walk-ins. Online registration closes before the session.
• This event will begin on time. We do not want to have to turn you away for arriving late.
