Acclaimed music producer & session pianist Cian Sweeney brings his latest project to Carlisle Cathedral for this special one-off performance beneath Luke Jerram's inspirational Museum of the Moon.
This is not a traditional concert; participants are invited to rest on yoga mats or take a seat and sink into improvised piano, meditation, breathing and stillness. It is a calm, reflective event for people looking for a deeper pause from the digital noise of the world. There is no need to watch the piano or stay fully alert. You can close your eyes, sit comfortably, and let the sound move in the background. It is suitable for anyone looking for a calm and restorative evening, whether you are curious about meditation or just in need of an hour of peace underneath the stunning Museum of The Moon installation.
‘A highwire act... it is quite special’ - Rick O'Shea, RTÉ 1 Arena
