Join us for a relaxing sound bath designed to tune into your subconscious and to reset your nervous system.About this Event
As the season continues to shift, the archetypes of this lunar event encourage us to explore the liminal of the subconscious to find transformation. Through layers of harmonic vibrations, ceremonial percussion, and monaural beats, this sound bath invites you into a quieter, more inward space—where the mind can soften, the senses can shift, and there’s room to explore what lies beneath the surface.
Come curious. Leave a little more connected.✨
What to Expect:
- Relaxing breath work
- Crystal bowl sound bath and vibrational healing
- Integration with tea and journaling, optional massage chairs
A water bottle, comfortable clothing and journal are recommended. Arrive fifteen minutes early to allow yourself to settle in. The event will start punctually.
