Meet internationally exhibited Mexican artist Fernando M. Díaz and join artists, collectors, curators, arts leaders, and friends for a special evening celebrating his new Houston exhibition, *Red Sea*.
Díaz’s work explores memory, history, migration, and the enduring power of symbols. *Red Sea* looks to ancient visual languages through a contemporary lens, considering how stories of displacement, survival, identity, and human resilience are carried across cultures and generations.
The night after the exhibition opens to the public, Reissued Studios will transform its beautifully lit outdoor courtyard into a gathering place for Houston’s arts community, featuring cocktails, music, conversation, and an artfully curated buffet dinner.
Come experience Díaz’s work, meet the artist, enjoy dinner and drinks, and mingle with some of the artists, collectors, curators, and cultural leaders who make up Houston’s vibrant arts community.
