The next exhibition in the Bonnymuir Green café is from Grampian Hospitals Art Trust Artroom and will be held from 17th October to 28th November. Artroom is a patient-centred project facilitated by professional artists and writers. The ethos of Artroom is that every patient has the potential to be an artist and/or writer in their own right. Participants have the opportunity to explore and experiment with techniques and practices such as mark making, drawing, painting, printmaking and photography. Artroom meets weekly at several locations, including Bonnymuir Green!
Participants are welcome to be social, creative and to bond over a common interest, utilising the projects materials and the artists knowledge to help them explore and create their own artwork and creative pursuits.
The Opening Night is on Friday 16th October 6:30 - 8pm. You are all warmly invited to attend, get a preview of the exhibition, and meet some of the artists!
