About this Event
Arts for Learning and 1000 Words Gallery present a student and teaching artist visual art, dance, and music exhibit about connection. This is an open-house stiyle gallery opening, with performances and a program from 12:30-2.
Highlighting the work of Arts for Learning's signature 3-year artist in residency in a school community initiative, the Artist Building Community Fellowship, join us to see student and teaching artist work displayed side by side. See what the students at Purdue Polytechnic, Match High School, IPS CFI #84, Herron Preperatory Acadamy, William Penn Middle School, Edison School for the Arts, and Step Ahead have been working on over the past 3 years.
Featuring the work of Catyh Morris, Nasreen Khan, Krystal Breakley, Giselle Trujillo, and Gary Gee. Exhibit cuated by Stephanie Robertsona, Clockwork Janz, and Chris Smith.
