About this Event
Join visual artist Janet Hansen and multidisciplinary artist Judy Berberian for an afternoon of talks at Covet Art Gallery, held during Celebrating Light: The Immersive LED Art of Janet Hansen.
Taking turns, Janet and Judy will share the unusual career paths that led each of them to their artistic practices, and to their collaboration on PORTAL. They will also talk about the tools of their trades, from musical instruments to LEDs, and how their design processes work. There will be show and tell items to see up close, and a guided walkthrough of the exhibit.
This event is free, and no ticket is needed at the door. If you plan to come, please reserve a free spot here so the gallery can plan for the crowd. Visitors are welcome to explore the exhibit from 10am. The show remains on view through January 3.
