Artist Performance - Emily Promise Allison: Conundra

Presented in conjunction with Illingworth Kerr Gallery's exhibition , exhibiting artist Emily Promise Allison presents Conundra, a 40-minute performance examining how materials transform and how humans interact with matter.

Emily's dreamlike performances blur the lines between living and non-living things. Using humour and a playful approach, she explores the gap between the dream realm and waking life.

For 100 years, Alberta University of the Arts (AUArts) has held a vital role as a hub of creative exploration in Alberta. In celebration of the university’s centennial, showcases seven exceptional AUArts alumni from the past two decades—artists who embody the fearless spirit that has always defined our institution.
