You will meet the maker and taste the best of Kokoh's offerings. Joanna will tell us why she uses cocoa from around the globe including, Venezuela, Ecuador, Madagascar, Sao Tome and many others, always ensuring that it is fairly traded. Joanna knows that Capturing authentic aroma and flavour is key to creating an exceptional taste. She will show us how important it is to savour the chocolate, you will experience different flavours as it slowly melts in your mouth. The flavour of good quality cocoa evolves on the palette.
We will also learn about the folklore of chocolate and about one of Joanna's favorite beans, The Tonka Bean otherwise known as the ' Love Bean'..............
Then, and only if you wish, we can enjoy a single mingle in the beautiful New Inn Pub!
