Join MOSI and fellow Tampa Bay space fans for a live watch party of Artemis II. This mission marks NASA’s first crewed journey around the Moon in more than 50 years. It is a major step toward returning humans to deep space.
Guests will watch the launch broadcast in real time from the all-new Saunders Planetarium on its 1-year anniversary!
Artemis II will send four astronauts on a 10-day mission around the Moon. The flight will test key systems for future exploration. This includes the Space Launch System (SLS) rocket and the Orion spacecraft. It will be the first time these systems carry a human crew.
MOSI offers a unique setting to experience the launch. Guests can learn more about the mission and the future of space exploration.
