Explore the world of art through creativity and hands-on learning with Art Smarts. Designed for kids ages 6-12, this program introduces young artists to famous creators, their unique styles, and the techniques that make their artwork stand out. For this month, kids will explore the bold, imaginative artwork of Vincent van Gogh and experiment with creating some art in his style. This session will focus on his famous painting “Starry Night,” and we’ll supply you with colored yarn so you can create your own. Young artists will use their own creativity and imagination while discovering that art is about exploration, expression, and seeing the world in new ways. All materials will be supplied.
