InSight Gallery is proud to present a special exhibition pairing two exceptional artists whose work offers distinctly different, yet deeply complementary perspectives on ranching life and the landscapes that shape it.
Working in very different mediums, Abigail Gutting and Rachel Brownlee each paint from firsthand experience. Gutting's luminous oil paintings capture the richness of light, atmosphere, and life on the land, while Brownlee's masterful charcoal and graphite drawings reveal extraordinary depth, texture, and emotion through striking monochromatic realism.
Though one works in vibrant color and the other in black and white, both artists share a commitment to portraying their subjects with honesty, sensitivity, and exceptional technical skill. Together, their work reflects a way of life shaped by tradition, resilience, and a profound connection to the land.
