Art of Grieving is a three-day ceremonial immersion designed to gently guide you through the landscapes of loss, release, remembrance, retreval and renewal. Held in a private beach house, the retreat is partnered alongside the healing elements of the ocean. A space where water becomes both mirror and medicine, holding space for the emotions that will rise and fall within you. This is not a container that is created to fix or rush grief, but to meet it fully, with the respect and honor it deserves.Created and facilitated by Sasha and Taylor, who have walked intimately with profound loss, this retreat is rooted in embodied understanding. You are not entering a container of observers, you are entering a field of shared humanity, where grief is honored as a sacred expression of love and a natural experience of life. Through intentional, ceremonial and somatic experiences, you will be invited to move what has been held deep within, give voice to what has been silenced, and reconnect with parts of yourself that may have felt lost or fragmented along the way.
Within this container, you will be witnessed, both individually and in community. There is a quiet alchemy that occurs when grief is no longer carried alone; when it is seen, held, and allowed the space to breathe. Over the course of the retreat, many might find a softening: a shift from freeze or contraction to connection and expansion, from numbness or overwhelm into presence, from gripping or holding it all together to being gently held.
This is a space where your grief is not too much.
