ART NIGHT 11:11 — EPISODE 11
Featuring Edmundo Lopez
We are featuring Dominican-born painter and sculptor Edmundo Lopez. His work explores life’s struggles through fragmented forms, geometric structures, and stylized bird sculptures that exist between construction and deconstruction. His art reflects transformation, resilience, movement, and the ongoing process of rebuilding ourselves.
Edmundo was born and raised in the Dominican Republic before moving to New York at nineteen. He earned his Master of Fine Arts from Lehman College and now lives and creates in Kissimmee, Florida.
His artwork has been exhibited at the Orlando Museum of Art, The Bronx Museum of the Arts, the Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Gardens, Osceola Arts, Orlando Public Library, Art House Casselberry, and cultural institutions throughout New York and the Dominican Republic.
Join us for an intimate evening of art, culture, conversation, and community as we step inside the creative world of Edmundo Lopez.
