About this Event
Join artist and forest bathing guide, Anna Schofield, for some mindful, nature based art workshops.
The purpose of these sessions is for you to take some time to reconnect with nature and yourself, to create some mindful moments, to increase your knowledge and understanding of some common plants and discover ways to create using found natural objects.
No previous experience is necessary and you will be guided throughout. These sessions are more about engaging with the process of creativity rather than focusing on the end product and you will be encouraged to slow down and work at your own pace.
Using Anna's studio as a base, we will explore some of the local wildlife reserves within walking distance and collect plants and other items which we can then use in our art!
