In this drop-in workshop, we’re getting experimental and using our bodies as paintbrushes. The challenge: Use any body part except your fingers! Will you use your elbow or knee as a palette knife? Your shoulder, heel, or toe as a sponge? The choice is yours, and the possibilities are endless. This activity is perfect for a fun date or night out with friends. Body paint is water-based and nontoxic.
Wet paintings cannot enter the galleries. You can leave your artwork in the Art Lab until 8 pm. Please plan accordingly.
This event is part of Free Thursday Nights. Galleries are open late and free from 5 to 9 pm. The evening also includes Art Club, featuring free creative programs in the Art Lab.
Free Thursday Nights are sponsored by Principal Foundation.
Lead support for the Walker’s Learning and Public Programs is provided by the Pohlad Family Community Engagement Fund.
