How about a fun Friday morning with your baby — and a chance to get out and connect with other adults? Art Baby invites caregivers and babies to discover art, explore sensory play and enjoy a cup of tea together.
Each session begins in the gallery with a short introduction to an artwork from the current exhibition. We then move into the education studio for sensory play, with toys and mats for babies to crawl, explore and socialise with other little ones.
We provide the tea, coffee and art experience — you bring the baby. Adult space, baby pace.
Note: This programme is free for parents, caregivers and babies aged 2 months–18 months.
Proudly supported by the Friends of the Govett-Brewster Art Gallery | Len Lye Centre.
