About this Event
Art and Sound Integrative Experience
Through a gentle blend of art-making and sound, you'll be invited to slow down, explore, and engage your senses in a supportive and welcoming environment.
We'll begin with simple, free-form art exploration using oil pastels and watercolors, accompanied by soothing sounds to inspire creativity and self-expression. No artistic skill or previous experience is needed—this experience is about the process, not the finished product.
As the experience comes to a close, you'll be invited to settle into deep relaxation with an immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations and sounds to create space for rest, reflection, and restoration.
What to Bring
Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and bring anything that will help you feel warm, cozy, and supported while resting on the floor during the sound bath, such as:
- A yoga mat
- A blanket
- A pillow or bolster
All art materials will be provided. Aprons will not be available, so please wear clothing you don't mind getting a little messy—just in case!
No prior art or music experience is necessary. Just bring your curiosity and an openness to explore, create, and relax.
