About this Event
Step away from the busyness of life and enter a gentle space where we nurture inner well-being through art. This series is an invitation to slow down, relax, have fun, and reconnect with yourself through creativity.Hosted by meditation coach and Cornerstone Music Café art teacher Keely Bays-Egri, this series offers participants the opportunity to nurture self-expression, relaxation, inner peace, playfulness, and creative freedom.Each session guides participants through a simple art project, with a focus on letting go, quieting the inner critic, accepting what arises, and staying peaceful throughout the process, skills that can carry into daily life to support well-being.There is no pressure to create anything perfect or polished. This is not about skill or outcome, but about the experience of creating, celebrating your uniqueness, letting go, having fun, and allowing something honest to emerge.
Each session will take place in the Yoga Studio at the Holistic Institute of Health. After wrapping up, the group will make their way over to Cornerstone Music Café for tea (included in price), conversation, and a chance to connect, debrief, and share their art with one another.
