Join us on Saturday, December 5, as AC Hotel Fort Lauderdale Airport welcomes ecological artist Terry Bastian for an intimate pop-up exhibition featuring his Mayan Garden collection.
Explore 11 original, two-sided paintings created on geotextiles, seven of which will be featured in Terry's upcoming book, Mayan Garden. Inspired by his experiences in the jungles of Belize, the collection tells a deeply personal story of healing, spiritual discovery, and the connection between humanity and the natural world.
An advocate of Ecological Design, Terry's work explores the relationship between nature and culture. His Mayan Garden collection reflects nearly two decades of experiences between the jungle and modern life, including his personal journey of illness, recovery, and transformation.
Meet the artist, discover the stories behind his paintings, and enjoy an evening of creativity and conversation in the relaxed, European-inspired atmosphere of the AC Lounge.
