About this Event
YPT empowers the next generation of global leaders through international travel, leadership development, mentorship, scholarships and cultural exchange programs. It also opens doors most youth never get to walk through.
Guests will travel between six stationary hors d’oeuvres stations, each representing a country our students have explored. Students will staff each station, sharing their personal experiences from that country.
Attendees will have the opportunity both to view photos taken by YPT student ambassadors during their travels and to bid on suitcases transformed into one-of-a-kind pieces of art by local artists. YPT’s Suitcases for Success program is a creative fundraising initiative to support travel and enrichment opportunities for young people. Auction proceeds will help provide opportunities for young people to see the world and change their own stories.
Sanya Weston is the 2026 Philanthropist in Residence in The Village Club Enrichment Fund’s Women of Impact Residency Program, a year-long experience designed to celebrate and engage with extraordinary women who are shaping our region’s cultural, creative and civic life.
