In its 9th year “Jacksonville’s Grooviest Home Tour” features some of the NE Florida’s coolest Mid-Century Modern and historic homes. This year guests will also experience a real 1950s fallout shelter!
The 2025 Feature Home was named a "Five Star Home" and highlighted in the July 1957 issue of Better Homes & Gardens magazine. The architect E.G. Hamilton won a Texas Society of Architects Design Award for the home design.
Guests will have the opportunity to tour eight homes from quirky to fabulous quaint beauties to riverfront estates while they experience Arlington’s unique neighborhoods built in the 1950s 60s 70s and 80s.
Check in and pick up your Home Tour Guide at Historic Norman Studios 6337 Arlington Road Jacksonville FL 32211. A tour of this National Historic Landmark is included with your ticket purchase. This five-building complex is the sole studio remnant of Jacksonville's heyday as the Winter Film Capital of the World.
The Arlington Mod & More Home Tour is Saturday October 11 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday October 12 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $25 (fees additional). Children under 12 are free.
