Join us for an exciting day of puzzling while supporting an incredible cause!The Arizona Heat Power Soccer Team invites you to participate in the inaugural Puzzle Marathon Fundraiser on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at the Mesa Broadway Recreation Center in Mesa, Arizona. All proceeds benefit Arizona Heat Power Soccer Team and Arizona Disabled Sports, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, helping athletes travel to and compete in their annual national tournament.
Teams of 4-6 puzzlers will work together over an 8-hour competition to complete as many puzzle pieces as possible. Whether you're a seasoned speed puzzler or simply enjoy spending a day with friends and family around a puzzle table, this event is designed to be fun, welcoming, and engaging for all skill levels.

• Date: Saturday, October 17, 2026
• Location: Mesa Broadway Recreation Center, 59 E Broadway Rd, Mesa, AZ 85210
• Check-In: 8:30 AM
• Competition: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Team Size: 4-6 participants
• Registration Fee: $400 per team (includes 4 participants)
• Additional Participants: $50 each for the 5th and 6th team members
Each team will receive the same set of puzzles, primarily 1,000-piece puzzles, with an occasional 500- or 1,500-piece challenge mixed in for fun. Four team members may puzzle at the table at any given time, and teammates may rotate in and out throughout the day as often as desired. Each team will take home the competition puzzles at the end of the event.
Light snacks and simple concessions will be available for purchase. Participants should plan to bring their own lunch.
Registration requests will be reviewed before payment is collected. Approved teams will receive instructions for submitting registration fees via Venmo.
Don't have a full team? No problem! Individual puzzlers are welcome. Select the "Match Me" option during registration, and we will do our best to connect you with other participants.

Admission: Free entry for spectators, families, and puzzle lovers. (Competitors do pay a registration fee to compete.)
What to Expect
8-Hour Puzzle Marathon: Cheer on competing teams as they piece everything together (spots are still available)!
Puzzle Swap & Sales: Bring puzzles you no longer need to trade for new favorites, or shop a great selection of puzzles for yourself or as a gift.
Community Puzzle: Work together with others to complete a puzzle just for fun.
Raffle: Buy tickets to win amazing baskets and prizes donated by local businesses.
Food & Concessions: Delicious food, hot dogs, and concessions will be available to keep you fueled throughout the day.
Support a Great Cause
All proceeds from the event directly benefit the AZ Heat Wheelchair Soccer Team. Come out, bring your friends, and make it a day of puzzles, laughs, and good times while supporting local athletes!
