🎵 A Crystal Singing Bowl Experience
Join me (your mindful wellness practitioner), for an in-person evening of peace. Take a break from the noise of your busy life and give yourself an hour to simply rest.
During this calming "Sound Bath" journey, you'll lie down, get comfortable, and relax as the soothing tones of Crystal Tones® singing bowls gently fill the room. The vibrations and frequencies of the sound can help quiet your mind, calm your nervous system, and create space for deep rest and renewal.
No experience is needed… and there's nothing you need to do, fix, or figure out. Just come as you are!
Whether you've experienced a sound healing session before (or this is your first time), this evening is an opportunity to slow down and reconnect with yourself in a peaceful and welcoming environment.
What to bring:
✓ If you want to lie down: Bring a yoga mat, a pillow for your head and perhaps one for your knees, and a blanket if you like to be cozy.
✓ If you prefer to sit upright: Bring a yoga mat and/or meditation cushion to sit on.
Timing:
✓ Check-in starts at 7:15pm
✓ If you arrive early, please have a seat in the waiting area if the door is unlocked
✓ We'll begin our meditation around 7:30 and end around 8:30pm
