About this Event
A visit to Auchnasaul Farm will start the day, where we will hear from Euan and Fede about how they produce high quality artisan beef, showing us how native cattle can be finished on farm. We will then follow the journey by visiting nearby craft butcher Rocks Fine Foods, to see how local outlets can provide grass fed local beef, cut to order. A cooking demonstration will allow a hands on look at what can be whipped up from quality local produce. Finally we will finish with a two course lunch by William to savour what the local area has to offer.
