Curious about HYROX? Looking for your next challenge? Or maybe you just want something to train towards? As an Official HYROX Training Club, Arena Gym presents the Arena Sim Series — starting with Arena Sim Series #1.
This is your chance to experience a fully set-up HYROX-style race simulation in a supportive environment, without the pressure of competition.
No station judges. No placings. No expectation that you already know exactly what you’re doing.
Just you, the course and the chance to see what you can do.
You’ll be professionally timed, complete the stations in a full event-style set-up and finish with a benchmark you can use to shape your training, identify where you’re strong and see what you can improve.
Choose your challenge:
🔥Solo or Doubles
🚀Half or Full Simulation
Need to scale it? No problem.
Movements and loads can be adjusted where required, so you can still experience the course, record a time and take on the challenge at a level that works for you.
The format is simple:
Run. Station. Repeat.
Event timing:
The day kicks off from 8:00am. Individual wave start times will be allocated and sent to athletes before the event, so you’ll know exactly when you need to be ready to race.
You don’t have to be a HYROX athlete.
You don’t need to be the fastest person in your gym.
And you definitely don’t need to wait until you feel “fit enough.”
This event is for gym members, runners, functional fitness athletes, training partners, first-timers and experienced athletes looking for a solid benchmark.
And if you’ve looked at our Main Event and thought:
“I’d like to try that… but I’m not sure.”
This is where you find out.
Come get a time. Learn where you’re at. Find out what to work on next.
