What we cover:
Exterior changes in the Historic District and related “findings of architectural compatibility” (often tied to a Certificate of Finding), plus recommendations on historic-district guidelines and (when appropriate) district boundaries.

ARB meetings are open to the public. On rare occasions, the Board may go into a brief closed session only for purposes Virginia law allows—and only after an open-meeting vote citing the specific exemption.
