Beneath the open night sky, in the hidden Intraspective Imaginarium — a back tinkering space within the oasis of Mindful Maelstrom, an established holistic wellness clinic on Ossington Avenue in Toronto — you’re invited by Kristina Dragnea, Registered Psychotherapist, on a guided journey to the depths of your psyche.
Through active imagination, shadow work, and dream tending, Kristina will guide you to retrieve a lost or hidden archetype — a powerful figure in your inner mythos. In the process, this archetypal character begins to reveal their story — their living mythos within you — reminding you that the answers you seek are already inside.
Once your archetype emerges, you’ll give it form through Soul Mapping — Kristina’s intuitive creative process using images, textures, and symbols to anchor your inner discovery into a tangible keepsake.
This group is part of an ongoing psychotherapy series for those curious about meeting more of their inner cast of archetypal characters. You’re welcome to attend as often as your curiosity leads — each evening opens a new door to the symbolic worlds within.
No art experience is needed. All materials are provided. Wear something cozy — all seating comforts will be provided for you.
