The ARA/FMLS Showcase is back and bigger than ever!
The 2026 Showcase will be held at the Coca-Cola Roxy, at the Battery, on Thursday, August 20th. This annual event brings together REALTORS®, real estate professionals, and affiliated industries on a single day and features an afternoon of dynamic speakers and networking. Plan to join us early for a lunch reception with bar service. Community Partners, industry friends and select vendors will be on site to meet with you to network and learn more about their benefits.
This year we are taking a deeper look at Atlanta's place on the world stage and how your business benefits from these partnerships. An engaging lineup of speakers is being secured and will be announced soon!
Showcase Run of Show
11:00 am - Networking with Real Estate Industry Vendors, Lunch Buffet, and Bar Service.
12:30 pm - Speaker presentations and panels.
3:00 pm - 50/50 Raffle Ticket Drawing

50/50 Raffle Drawing
Purchase a bundle of raffle tickets to support the . The Atlanta REALTORS® Impact Foundation was founded in 2022 to provide educational scholarships and community charitable giving on behalf of the Atlanta REALTORS®. Over the past year, we have awarded twelve $1,000 scholarships to deserving students and distributed Care Funds to six members in need. One lucky winner will receive 50% of raffle ticket sales proceeds!

Parking
We strongly recommend using the Red Deck, which offers the most affordable parking option. Self-parking in the Red Deck is complimentary for the first 2 hours. After that, rates are $10 for up to 3 hours and $15 for up to 4 hours (also applies to the Green Deck).
🚫 Avoid the Orange Deck — rates there are significantly higher.
A Note on Security
Prior to entering the venue, guests will be searched (wand or walk-through metal detection) to ensure that no restricted items enter the building.
Restricted items include guns, knives, weapons, pepper spray, projectiles, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. Outside food and beverage are also not permitted.
All bags will be also be searched before entry. Large bags, briefcases, backpacks, and laptop bags are not permitted.
