WARWICK’S ANNUAL APPLE WEEKEND & COUNTRY FAIR10th & 11th October at Hill Close Gardens, just by Warwick Racecourse
Warwick’s Apple Weekend and Country Fair returns to Hill Close Gardens in Warwick on Saturday 10th October and Sunday 11th October 2026.
This annual celebration of the autumnal apple harvest invites families, gardeners, craft and food lovers to explore the Gardens’ collection of rare apple trees and local heritage.
Set in the UK’s only remaining collection of Victorian detached leisure gardens, the weekend centres around an impressive display of the gardens' own heritage fruit harvest.
Visitors can see, learn about, taste and buy some varieties from a historic orchard boasting more than 70 historic apple varieties, many of which have been saved from obscurity.
Beyond the apple attractions and displays, the event also transforms Hill Close Gardens into a bustling Country Fair. The weekend features an array of local craft stalls, independent artisans, book stalls, and community displays.
The popular on-site tearoom will also be open throughout the weekend, serving a delicious selection of homemade cakes, hot refreshments, and seasonal apple-themed treats.
Visitors to Apple Weekend can also explore the 16 beautifully restored plots, historic summerhouses, and herbaceous borders that make Hill Close Gardens a treasured piece of Warwick’s social history.

Admission: Normal garden entry fees apply.
