From scratch, with love. 🥧🍎Calling all home bakers! Think your two-crust pie could take home a ribbon or even the Grand Prize? The MSAHF Apple Pie Contest is back, and bakers of all ages are invited to bring their best from-scratch apple pie to the table.
🍎 Sprouts: Ages 5–13 | $2
🍎 Buds: Ages 14–18, or 19 if still in high school | $2
🍎 Blossoms: Ages 19+ | $10
*Every pie must be a two-crust pie made from scratch and baked in a 9-inch aluminum pie pan.
📅 Registration deadline: October 2
🥧 Pie check-in: October 16 | Noon–1 p.m.
🏆 Judging: 1 p.m.
And yes, there are ribbons, prizes, bragging rights, and a Grand Prize! 🍎
All non-winning pies will be sold for $10 throughout the weekend, with proceeds benefiting the festival.
