HOW TO ENTER
Register for a free Eventbrite ticket using your own name and contact information. Then complete an in-person check-in at the event.
Each eligible adult who wishes to enter must have a separate Eventbrite registration under their own name. Additional guests listed under another person’s registration do not automatically receive giveaway entries.
Your check-in time determines the hourly prize pool you enter. Every eligible person who checks in between 12:00 and 3:00 PM is also entered into the grand-prize drawing.
All drawings will be conducted after the event. Winners do not need to remain at the property until 3:00 PM and will be contacted using their Eventbrite registration information.
Only one prize may be won per person. An entrant may win either one hourly prize or the grand prize, but not both.

OFFICIAL GIVEAWAY RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A purchase, property tour, real estate consultation or transaction will not increase an entrant’s odds of winning.
Promotion period: The promotion begins when these Official Giveaway Rules are published and ends at 3:00 PM Eastern Time on September 19, 2026.
Eligibility: Open to legal Florida residents who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, agents and immediate household members of the giveaway organizer are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
How to enter: An eligible entrant must register for a free Eventbrite ticket using their own name and valid contact information and complete an in-person check-in at 602 Rominger Loop, Apopka, Florida, between 12:00 and 3:00 PM on September 19, 2026. One entry per person. Each eligible adult must register separately to receive an entry.
Hourly prize pools: An entrant’s recorded check-in time determines eligibility for one hourly prize pool:
• Check in from 12:00 through 12:59 PM for the Orlando Magic ticket drawing.
• Check in from 1:00 through 1:59 PM for the UCF Knights Football ticket drawing.
• Check in from 2:00 through 3:00 PM for the Orlando Solar Bears ticket drawing.
Grand-prize pool: Every eligible entrant who completes an in-person check-in during the event will be included in the grand-prize drawing.
Prizes:
• Two tickets to Orlando Magic vs. Miami Heat on October 16, 2026, at 7:00 PM. Approximate retail value: $52.
• Two tickets to UCF Knights vs. BYU Cougars Football on October 24, 2026. Kickoff time is to be announced. Approximate retail value: $106.
• Two tickets to Orlando Solar Bears vs. Florida Everblades on October 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM. Approximate retail value: $82.
• Grand prize: Four tickets to Orlando City SC vs. D.C. United on October 17, 2026, at 7:30 PM. Approximate retail value: $116.
The approximate total retail value of all prizes is $356. Prize and event details are subject to changes made by the applicable team, league, venue or ticket issuer.
Winner selection: Winners will be selected randomly after the event. The grand-prize winner will be selected first and removed from all hourly prize pools. The hourly winners will then be selected, and each winner will be removed from any remaining drawing.
Limit one prize per person. An entrant may win either one hourly prize or the grand prize, but not both.
Winner notification: Winners will be contacted using the email address or telephone number provided during Eventbrite registration. Winners do not need to remain at the property until the drawings are conducted. A potential winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize conditions: Prizes have no cash alternative. The organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if an advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winners are responsible for taxes and incidental expenses associated with accepting or using a prize. Tickets remain subject to the terms, restrictions and policies of their respective issuers.
Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for each drawing.
