VET in Schools Information Night
Your pathway towards a career in paramedicine could start while you're still at school.
Are you a high school student interested in becoming a paramedic, working in emergency healthcare or exploring a career in the health industry?
Join Australian Paramedical College (APC) for an information night for prospective VETiS students and their parents or guardians.
You'll have the opportunity to visit our campus, meet our trainers and the APC team, see our training facilities and find out how our VETiS program can help you take your first step towards a career in healthcare.
What we'll cover
On the night, we'll explain everything you need to know about the APC VETiS program, including:
✅ What you'll study and the practical skills you'll develop
✅ How you can gain a nationally recognised Certificate III in Basic Health Care (HLT31220) while completing high school
✅ How the program can contribute to your senior secondary studies
✅ What the pathway towards becoming a paramedic can look like
✅ What studying at APC is actually like
✅ Course requirements, costs and enrolment
✅ What happens after you complete the program
You'll also have plenty of time to ask questions and speak directly with our trainers and team.

We strongly encourage parents and guardians to attend with their student.
Choosing a VET pathway during Years 11 and 12 is an important decision, and the evening is designed to give both students and families the information they need to make an informed decision.
