Different Gifts. One Mission. Come Find Where You Fit.Join Armor of God Outreach for a Volunteer Meeting as we come together to prepare for the continued growth of Shield of Faith Thrift Store, our Day Shelter, and the upcoming opening of our Overnight Shelter.
During this meeting, we’ll walk through the different areas where volunteers are needed, talk about what each role looks like, and work to solidify our team of routine, consistent volunteers while identifying where additional volunteers can help fill the gaps.
You do NOT have to be available every week to make a difference. Whether you can serve on a regular schedule, once or twice a month, at special events, or simply when an extra set of hands is needed—we want you there.
There are opportunities for all kinds of gifts and abilities, from working in the thrift store and organizing donations to hospitality, meals, facility support, mentoring, resource assistance, administrative help, and supporting guests at our shelters.
Come learn what’s ahead, meet the team, ask questions, and discover:
Where can you get involved? What gift do you have that you can share?
