AO Leadership exists to help leaders discover the gift of leadership within them, develop the tools to walk it out, and dream bigger for what God has called them to build. For the past three years, we've gathered pastors, entrepreneurs, and everyday leaders across South Florida around that mission, growing together as a community committed to leading well and multiplying kingdom impact.

AO Leadership Forum 2026: Driven to Deliver brings you a full day with Dr. Samuel Chand, a Leadership Architect and Change Strategist who has spent decades consulting, mentoring, and coaching some of the largest church leaders and organizations in the country. He's written more than 25 books on leadership, was named to the Top 30 Global Leadership Gurus list, and built his career on a single mission: helping leaders succeed.
