Tergar Madison is pleased to offer a 5-week hybrid workshop based on the Anytime Anywhere Meditation program, designed to make meditation practice accessible and effective, open to all. During this workshop, Martha McCurdy will guide you step-by-step through the main topics of the program: awareness, compassion, and wisdom.
