Make a Cardboard Creature that eats your Anxieties!About this Event
What is an Anxiety Eater?
An anxiety eater is a little (and sometimes big) cardboard creature, popularized by Wesley Hall, that has a slot to put your anxieties in it, similar to a piggy bank.
In this 3 hour event, participants will not only be able to create their own Anxiety Eaters, but watch instructional demos, engage in minigames, and discuss anxieties (and how to overcome them). While the instructors are not mental health experts by any means, they are humans who truly believe creating can heal.
