About this Event
Racism can affect how people feel at work, the opportunities available to them and their experience of care. We want to listen to those experiences, understand where we need to improve and make meaningful changes.
The launch brings this work into focus across the trust, but it is only a starting point. What matters is what we do next: supporting people to speak up, responding to concerns and making sure our actions lead to a fairer, more welcoming Newcastle Hospitals for everyone.
