Anthology Festival is an annual three day event that showcases architecture and design within the Philippines and the Southeast Asian region. The festival serves as a platform to bring together various practitioners and stakeholders to increase awareness about the relevance of architecture and design in our urban societies.
The Manifesto: Why We Gather
Across Southeast Asia, the ground on which we build is never neutral. It is shaped by climate and geography, by migration and labor, by memory and inequality, and by the everyday practices of care that sustain our cities.
Shared Ground is a commitment to the idea that buildings only become architecture once they are shared. As we convene in Manila during the Philippines’ hosting of ASEAN 2026, we position architecture not as a finished object, but as a civic and ethical instrument for negotiating the futures we hold in common.
