About this Event
This session starts at 09:30 and finishes at 15:30. There will be a lunch break and 2 comfort breaks. Please arrive at 9:20. There is a café and shop available next to the Antenatal clinic or a Restaurant on the 2nd floor for refreshments.
1 ticket will admit 2 people - you and a support person.
The class will be held in the Antenatal Clinic at Princess Royal Hospital.
Please bring water to drink throughout and any snacks you may want or need. You may wish to bring a cushion to sit on for comfort.
