Ian Pople was born in Ipswich and educated at the British Council, Athens, and the universities of Aston, Manchester, and Nottingham. He has taught English in secondary and higher education in the UK, Sudan, Greece, and Saudi Arabia. He taught at the University of Manchester for over twenty years.
Kit Roffey is a queer, non-binary, and disabled writer and artist. Their work often explores themes of disability, grief, and queerness in relation to the natural sphere. Previous poems by Kit have appeared in Vallum, Event, Grain, and Yolk among other publications. Their first collection of poetry Civilian of Dirt came out in 2023 with 845 Press.
Corey Page Martin is a genderqueer poet based in Katarokwi/Kingston. They recently graduated from a BA (Hons) at Queen’s University, where they now study Education. They serve as Managing Editor at Quilt and first read for Chestnut Review. Their writing and art have appeared in Collective Reflections, Quilt, and The Undergraduate Review and can be found at www.coreympages.ca.
Salena Wiener is a poet and PhD student in English Literature at Simon Fraser University. She is from Montreal, currently based in Vancouver. Her poetry has been featured in Honey & Lime Lit Magazine, Graphite Publications, Peculiars Magazine, Cauldron Anthology, and elsewhere, and her poetry reviews have appeared in the Montreal Review of Books.
