If there’s a problem here, is it what philosophers call the Problem of Other Minds -perhaps because there’s a gap between behaviour and the states of mind it’s evidence for? Or is it just something about the nature of human minds, like the nature of objects very far away in outer space? If wecanknow what’s on someone else’s mind, how do we know?
