About this Event
Celebrate the season with us at Principle Gallery’s Annual Small Works Invitational, an eagerly anticipated exhibition showcasing exceptional original artwork on an intimate scale.
From jewel-like landscapes to expressive figurative studies, this thoughtfully curated collection highlights the remarkable skill, imagination, and diversity of artists from around the world. Each work offers a distinctive perspective, proving that great art knows no size limits. Whether you’re a longtime collector or just beginning your art journey, Small Works is a wonderful opportunity to discover a new favorite, find a meaningful gift, or bring an extraordinary piece of original art into your home.
As always, the Opening Reception coincides with one of Old Town Alexandria’s most beloved holiday traditions: the 55th Annual Scottish Walk Holiday Parade! The parade is from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. After enjoying the morning’s festivities, stroll through historic Old Town and join us at the gallery for an afternoon of art, community, and holiday cheer. The reception starts at 1 pm and ends at 4 pm.
We look forward to welcoming you for this special day of art and celebration!
