The 2026 Annual Members Meeting and Election will be held Sunday, October 18 from 1:00 until 2:00pm at the Buttonwoods Museum, 240 Water Street, Haverhill; mark your calendar for this important date and plan on attending.
Please note this is an election year, and nominations are now open for the positions of President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Submit names of interested persons by September 25 (5 PM). Your board consists of these four elected officers, plus the appointed Chairs of the Standing Committees (Communications, Programs, Exhibits, Hospitality, and Publicity), and the President Emeritus (Newsletter). In addition to submitting nominations for the four positions, you are welcome to suggest persons for the appointed positions.
By attending the annual meeting you can also take the opportunity to connect with other GHAA members, meet current Board and Committee members, review our events and activities over the past year, discover more about what we have planned for the coming year, and share your own ideas and suggestions about how GHAA can best serve the Greater Haverhill community of artists and foster an increased appreciation for the arts among the general public.
Immediately following the general meeting, please stay for an abstract painting demonstration from artist David Martsolf at 2:00pm.
