GSRC will hold its Board Elections October 20 @ 5:30pm, at Taco Mundo y Cantina at Barefoot Landing. If you've ever sat at a club event and thought, "I have an idea", "We should do this", or the always dangerous, "Somebody ought to..." then congratulations! This may be your moment.
Interested in serving on the GSRC board? Let us know. Email us, message us, tell a board member, corner somebody after a group run, or casually mention it within an earshot of anyone who looks remotely official. Once we hear it, there may be no taking it back.
We're looking for members who want to get involved, bring some ideas to the table, help with the direction of the club, and occasionally discover how much discussion can be generated by a group of people who voluntarily run long distances for fun.
No campaign signs, attack ads, or kissing babies required. Shake a few hands if you want, but mostly just bring a willingness to help out and be part of where GSRC goes next.
