BIST’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at a NEW date & time.

NEW Date: TUESDAY, September 29th, 2026 @ 6:30- 8 PM.

Find out about our year in review, get updates on programs and finances and hear from the BIST Board of Directors.

All members are encouraged to attend this event IN PERSON or ONLINE!

Refreshments will be served.

REGISTRATION OF MEMBERS: 6 PM

AGM: 6:30 – 8 PM

BIST Annual General Meeting Agenda

Registration of Members for the meeting will begin at 6 PM.

Non-members are welcome to attend, but will not have voting rights.
