We welcome all members, past and present, to attend the Annual General Meeting. We will be presenting the annual financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2025. More importantly, we will be tabling the new constitution that reflects the changes to the Incorporated Societies Act. The club is require to have this approved, and then register it, prior to 5 April otherwise we will cease to exist as an entity. A google meeting invite will also be provided closer to the time for those who can’t attend in person
